For my whole life I have been exploring the edges of what it means to be human. I’ve traveled the world a few times over, been a yogi for more than 20 years, performed on stages, schools & refugee camps around the world, helped to build several thriving art collectives, and held space for deep transformational work.

My body of work has been diverse: Personal Trainer & Wellness Coach, Website Designer, Graphic Designer, Interior Architect, Yoga & Meditation Teacher, Sound Healer, Shamanic practitioner & space holder, Community Leader, and Performer.

I have recently transitioned out of leading the global community I Co-Founded called Momentom Collective, to apply myself more directly with the healing arts, and as a mentor for small businesses, artists & healers and community leaders. I thrive on activating dreams & curating spaces to thrive through unity consciousness.
