Proudly offering mindfulness practices to workplaces.
The health of your business starts with the health of your team, which starts from within each individual. After years of balancing working in office environments in Sydney, with mindfulness practices such as meditation & yoga, I spent a lot of time monitoring the differences in my mental health, and overall wellbeing if engaging my practices, or letting it slip!
I have traveled the world studying different practices to bring forward the most accessible and affective for today’s workplace as my offering to the corporate world.
Welcome to my workplace offerings.

By incorporating mindfulness techniques such as deep breathing exercises, meditation, and mindful listening into the workday, employees are better able to stay present in the moment and focus on the task at hand. This can lead to increased efficiency and a higher quality of work as employees are able to fully engage in their work without distractions or worries about the past or future. Additionally, mindfulness practices have been linked to reduced stress levels and improved mental health, which can help employees feel more balanced and resilient in the face of workplace challenges.
Furthermore, mindfulness practices in the workplace can improve workplace relationships and foster a more positive work environment. By practicing mindfulness techniques together, employees can develop a greater sense of empathy, communication, and collaboration. This can lead to stronger teamwork, better conflict resolution, and an overall more harmonious work culture. Additionally, mindfulness practices can help employees develop a greater sense of self-awareness and emotional intelligence, which can lead to more effective leadership and decision-making within the organization. Ultimately, incorporating mindfulness practices in the workplace can lead to a happier and healthier work environment for all employees.

CORPORATE SOUND BATH
A Sound Bath session is 60-90 minutes, depending on how much time you can allocate. The longer the time, the deeper we can go and to hold space for conversation afterwards, which is an important part of the session. That said, if time is tight, then a shorter session is possible, and still highly beneficial.
WHAT IS NEEDED?
A QUIET space with a clear floor as participants will be laying down.
Access to space 30 minutes prior to session, and 30 minutes after session for set up.
Participants will need to bring a yoga mat, or if your workplace already has mats we can utilise mats. Cushions are very beneficial for comfort in the session.
All participants will need to drink more water than usual after the session.
Grace for any energy that moves in the session, as it may trigger emotions in some participants. For this reason, it can be beneficial to run sessions at a time when they can have a break before returning to any form of high stress workflow.
WHAT WILL HAPPEN?
A tranquil space will be set so that participants start to relax as soon as they arrive.
They will be asked to remove shoes and take a seat.
When all participants have arrived, a verbal introduction to sound healing, what it is, how it works and what to expect will be conducted followed by short Q&A.
An initial drop in may include a short verbal meditation, or breathwork.
Participants will be asked to lay down while a series of instruments are played to slow down brain waves, and activate the parasympathetic nervous system.
The sequence of sounds will take them through a journey which will be completely individual in experience.
At the end of the sound bath, participants will be gently bought back to their body and encouraged to share their experience in a safe container.
At completion, participants are free to leave the space and continue their day.
WHAT NEXT?
Sound Healing is one modality of a mindfulness or wellness program that workplaces can implement on an ongoing basis for the mental, emotional and physical wellbeing of their staff. Ongoing sessions, or support in developing an ongoing program may be advised.
Participants may have profound experiences that may also encourage them to embark on their own mindfulness practice. Studies prove that mindfulness practices do improve individual and team health, as well as overall health of organisations who promote wellness as a lifestyle to their workplace.
